We don't sell subscriber personal information, and we don't use third-party advertising cookies. The only cookie we set is the members' sign-in cookie.
Our tracker contains information from public government records, such as applicant or owner names exactly as they appear in public agendas. We show only what the public record shows, link to the source, and never add personal phone numbers or home contact details. If you're named in a record and want a correction or have a concern, email hello@parcelsignalhq.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, email, payments, analytics, and the AI and voice-call providers that help answer email and calls) under their own privacy obligations, or when the law requires it.
Every marketing or digest email includes an unsubscribe link, which we honor promptly. Transactional emails (receipts, account notices) may still be sent while you're a customer.
We keep subscriber data while your account is active and for up to 24 months after, unless the law requires longer (for example, tax records). We use reputable providers with encryption in transit.
You can access, correct or delete your subscriber data by emailing hello@parcelsignalhq.com. Residents of states with privacy laws (such as California, Colorado, Virginia) may have additional rights. We'll honor verified requests whether or not a law strictly requires it.
The Service is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 16.
